Dates, organic sultanas, activated almonds (organic/pesticide free), organic apricots, organic oatmeal, organic figs, organic prunes, organic currants, sesame seeds (organic where possible/chemical-free), organic sunflower seeds, organic carob, organic apple, walnuts (organic where possible/chemical-free), organic chick pea, organic millet, organic pumpkin, beetroot, carrot, organic cacao powder, dandelion root, and organic celtic sea salt.
  Blended with Messenger oils walnut oil (cold-pressed and chemical-free), grape seed oil, and essential peppermint oil.
