Dear Abundant Garden
Thank you so much. I can't believe the
difference that the whole food sacred meals make for me. I just had to
write to tell you about what happened when I tried my first one. And of
course, since then, I have continued to notice the wonderful difference that
whole food nutrition combined in the phi balance, makes on my body.
I had missed my usual daily 40minute walk
working and sitting at a 2 day weekend conference. After the almost 3 hour
drive home, I had a sacred meal at lunch, (one ball of Phi pi), and headed
out a short while later to enjoy the pleasure of walking in the afternoon
sunshine.
I usually find that my calf muscles are
reluctant to warm up and I tend to walk more slowly than I would prefer.
Instead, all my leg muscles, and in fact my whole body somehow felt more
energised and enlivened. The clarity in my thinking was also amazing.
The whole walk which includes walking up two
very steep hills, was amazingly comfortable and I felt like I had so much
energy to spare. Even at the top of the last very steep hill, my muscles
and energy were so powerful and strong - I have never experienced this
previously.
It was as if every muscle cell in my body was
saying "thank you for the nourishment you gave me". What a buzz!! I
couldn't believe just how good I felt. Phi pi is truly a "meal of genius".

I have
been an insulin dependant diabetic for 26 years. Since starting with
the Sacred Meals I have noticed my blood sugar levels stabilizing
quite substantially. I have stopped having my lunchtime injections of
insulin since having the Sacred Meals and I have slowly started
lowering my night time levels of insulin as well.
A
frustrating part of being insulin dependant diabetic is when my sugar
levels go down to say 2.4 and having to eat to bring my levels up to a
more stable level, most of the time when my sugar levels drop I don稚
have an appetite but have to eat, normally when this happens my sugar
levels go from low to high (say from 2.4 to 16 or even higher) you can
either ride this out or inject more insulin to
bring it down again. Now when I start going low I can have 1 or 2
Sacred Meals and it brings me up to a perfect level of between 4.5
to 8.9, no over compensation, it works perfectly every time, yah!
I have
also noticed that I don稚 have sweet cravings or cravings for other
food until about 4pm when I am ready for a snack of some sort, (but
still no craving).
I would like to loose about 7kg of weight and this has not started
shifting yet. I have been eating the Sacred Meals for 3 weeks, and
realise after talking with others that the Sacred Meals seem to target
the area of our bodies that most needs help, for me it was stabilizing
my sugar levels and getting my energy levels up, I am sure now that
this is happening I will start shedding some kilo痴, will keep you
